Time: 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Cost: $15.00 per class or $40.00 for all three classes

June 10th: Mommy and Me Cookie Decorating Class
Design and decorate a variety of sugar cookie shapes and characters.

June 17th: Mommy and Me Cupcake Decorating Class
Design and decorate a variety of flavored cupcakes using buttercream frosting and
extra goodies on top.

June 24th: Mommy and Me Cake Ball Making Class
Work as a team to create your own cake balls, and decorate with goodies.

Summer Elementary Age Camps
Time: 2:00-3:00 P.M.
Cost: $15.00 per class or $40.00 for all three classes

June 10th: Sugar Cookie Class
Decorating Class Design and decorate a variety of sugar cookie shapes and characters.

June 17th: Cupcake Decorating Class

Basic Cake Baking & Decorating:

Dream Bakery is now offering baking and decorating classes with a Middle Eastern flare.

You’ll understand how to bake great cakes utilizing Dream Bakery’s secret recipes, see how to mix and color your own icing and learn the best way to show off your new skills. Harmony will show you the right way to decorate, step by step, so that you will experience the excitement of successfully decorating your cake.

You will also practice the three fundamentals of decorating, enabling you to approach each technique the right way for great results. Along the way, you’ll learn to create icing drop flowers, rosettes, shells, pompom flowers, leaves, shaggy mums, and the ribbon rose. You will decorate a cake during the first lesson and we will provide everything you need. Supplies will be needed for the next two lessons, but that will be explained during your first lesson.

Each class will consist of three sessions.

Cake Pop and Cookie Decorating Class:

Receive hands-on instruction in making Cake Pops from the crumbling stage to the decorating stage. All the supplies will be provided to the students during the class and available for purchase after class. This fun filled class will provide with the opportunity to dip and decorate winter cake pops and holiday cookies, in fun colors and decorations according to the holiday themed class.

Summer Fun
Mathematic & Science Elementary Camp

Cost: $20.00 per class or $50.00 for all three classes
All Classes are taught by a Texas certified Elementary Teacher.

June 11th Measurement Extravaganza / Time: 2:00-4:00
Circulate through a variety of activities while comparing customary units of measurements to metric units

June 18th Mystery Substance / Time: 2:00-4:00
Work in teams through a variety of hands on experiments while determining the physical properties of matter.

June 25th Probability Carnival / Time: 2:00-4:00
Circulate through a variety of stations while learning about probability of fair and unfair advantages.
